There was a problem with your online system of calculation. I spent the required amount delivered to Thailand and still got charged for shipping. I noticed after payment immediately called to explain got the owner but disturbed his lunch. The amount was wrong. It was corrected certainly and I received my refund after reporting it but frankly this was a distasteful experience handled poorly initially and not one I would be looking forward to having again.

I have one main doubt. Are the certifications for the filters alone or for the masks with their filters. I bought many of your masks and use them a lot but I still have that slight doubt. Another reason why I don't put 5 is because the mask sometimes bothers me / hurts behind the ears. I am however very satisfied with your product. Thank you very much.

It's good, but not really suitable for heavy breathing activities.

I haven't tried it running. But for walking it's fine. The new material seems to be stiffer and holds the mask shape better than previous years. However I still think if you made a device to hold the outer most material from collapsing onto wearer while inhaling greatly like running you'd have better airflow and amazing product.
