If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, STYLEWIZE offers a refund if products are returned within 15 days of the purchase date, in original condition. We will refund your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your mask for another size or model, we are happy to do so within 15 days of your purchase, as long as it is in original, unused condition. Simply return the mask to us along with a copy of your invoice, and a note saying which item you want instead. Please note that opened filters cannot be returned or exchanged.
Warranty
STYLEWIZE offers a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product is found to be defective during this period, you are entitled to a free replacement product (same model only). You must return the original defective product to us before we can issue a replacement. The warranty does not cover harsh treatment of the products, such as using a washing machine to clean them.
