Order Shipment

Orders in Thailand ship with Thailand Post EMS and require a signature upon receival.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few more days.

Postal holidays such as Labor Day, Lunar New Year, New Year’s Day, and other holidays may affect delivery.

Delivery times vary based on the ship-to-country. Please allow up to 20 days for delivery for shipments outside of Thailand.

All international orders are shipped with the mask packaging included but folded flat to save space and lower the shipping cost.

Shipment Confirmation and Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email after your order, and once it has shipped notification with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

STYLEWIZE (Advanced Global Innovations) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If the customer refuses to accept the shipment due to import duties or other reasons, STYLEWIZE (Advanced Global Innovations) will refund the value of the order only, excluding all shipping costs.

Damages

STYLEWIZE (Advanced Global Innovations) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
